When will registrations open?

Registration will open on Saturday, April 19 @ 13:30!

 

How many spots are there?

We’ve got 120 spots per day—first come, first served. Lock it in before they’re gone!

 

I see a red “X” on the day I want… what’s up?

If a date is greyed out or has a red “X”, that means it’s fully booked.

 

Can I just show up and sign up at Check-In?

Maybe! If there are still some open spots, we’ll allow on-site signups.
Keep an eye out—if we do, we’ll post an update right before the event kicks off.

 

Can I register a whole crew?

Not exactly.
We need each rider’s personal info, so you’ll have to register one by one.
Good news—you can sign up your friends, just repeat the process for each of them.

 

Can I register now and pay later?

Nope—no pay, no play.
To lock in your spot, you need to complete the registration and pay upfront.

 

What if the weather sucks? Can I cancel and get my money back?

Sorry, the mountain doesn’t stop for rain or clouds.
We ride in any weather.
But hey—if you’ve got a legit reason, check out our Refund Policy in the Event’s Terms & Conditions section.

 

How can I pay?

We got options:

  • Mastercard, Visa, Amex (Debit & Credit cards)
  • TWINT

No bank transfers, sorry!

 

Can I give or sell my spot to someone else?

Yes—but tell us first!
We’ll need the full info of the new rider:
name, birthdate, full address, email, phone, emergency contact, gear/type, and t-shirt size.
We’ll update the registration so everything’s smooth at check-in.

 

Can I just show up using someone else’s registration?

Nope—that’s a no-go.
For safety and legal reasons, we need to know exactly who’s riding.
If you show up with the wrong name, it’s CHF 30.00 to fix it.
Avoid the hassle—let us know about any changes before check-in.

 

Will you publish a Riders List?

Nope—we’re keeping that private now. No Riders List will be posted.
