When will registrations open?

Registrations are opening soon.

How many spots are available?

There are 120 spots per day.

I see a red “x” over the date (Freeride Day) I wish to attend and I cannot choose it: what’s going on?

If a date is disabled, that’s because all spots for that day have been booked (sold out).

Will you accept “on site” registrations at the Check-In?

Maybe: depending on spots availability, we will allow “on site” registrations. An announcement will be made shortly before the event’s beginning.

Can I register a group of Riders?

Sorry no. We need all Riders’ personal data and therefore one by one registration is required. Of course, you can register your friends, but you need to repeat the process for each one.

Is it possible to register in advance and pay later?

No, it isn’t. In order to book and secure your spot(s), you must complete registration and this includes pre-payment.

OK, but.. what about bad weather? Can I cancel registration and get a refund?

The event will take place in any weather condition, so a negative forecast does not allow you to cancel registration. If you have a good reason instead, we have a Refund Policy. Please see the our Terms & Conditions page for details.

Which payment methods can I use to register?

We are accepting debit cards (Maestro), credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), TWINT, Postfinance E-Finance & Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Bancontact, giropay, iDeal, Sofort, EPS, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Przelewy24 and PayPal.
Direct bank transfer is not possible.

Can I sell or give my registration to someone else?

Yes you can, but we need all personal information of the person* that will attend instead of you. Please let us know in advance: we will modify the registration accordingly.

* personal information includes: first/last name, birthdate, full street address, valid email address, phone number, emergency phone number, gear/category, t-shirt size.

Can I get to the event and attend with someone else registration?

No, you can’t! We need to be aware of each attendee’s identity for safety and legal reasons. For registration changes at the Check-in, a CHF/EUR 30.00 extra fee will be applied. To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend to let us know any change in advance.

Are you publishing a Riders List?

No, the Riders List (registered attendees) will not published anymore.
